The Scrandit

OCT 2025

The Scrandit is an effortlessly cool space in Bristol that exclusively hosts chef pop-ups and a serious favourite of the ChefCulture team. Nestled within the centuries old Christmas Steps, this place always brings in a great mix of people, sharing a pint or two over great food.

Grabbing a spot for the third time in late October 2025, we brought an exclusive menu… featuring Maple Cured Sea Trout, Hereford X Hanger Steak and Open Lasagne - Plus many more experimental dishes to Bristol’s streets.

The Glass Boat Small Plates

DEC 2025

Floating within central Bristol, The Glass Boat has to be one of the most unique spots we have ever served from. Bringing a new concept of small plates to pair with the best Gin & Tonics in the South West by 6 O’clock Gin, we popped up early December 2025 for one day only.

What a day it was. Meeting some of the locals alongside some great ChefCulture repeat guests, it was a great festive evening full of new dishes for our team.

The Scrandit Supper Club

FEB 2024

For one special night we hosted a supper club at the one and only The Scrandit. A menu full of locally sourced elements, such as a starter of Wookey Hole Cheddar with Bristol Cider Butter alongside homemade focaccia. See the dishes here.

A great evening to show off our menu curation and experiment with some new flavour combinations. Big thank you to all who booked in.

The Glass Boat Takeover

JULY 2024

A great collaboration with the team at The Glass Boat, with a specially curated menu. The 6 O’clock Gin crew were involved throughout the planning process as we considered flavours and serving styles which suit the amazing gin selection they have.

With Sloe Gin glaze on Beef Short Rib & Heritage Carrot starters and a Pan Roasted Sea Bass smothered in 6 O’clock Elderflower Sauce… this was a truly inventive menu.

The Pasta Laboratory X Aluna Rum

NOV 2024

In November 2024 we shared a five course winter menu with the people of Bath at an exclusive pop up hosted by The Pasta Laboratory. A showcase of exciting ChefCulture created food and drink in collaboration with our favourites, Aluna Rum & The Meat Men. This event was a sell out - and for good reason.
